The Courier guys, imbaciles

These guys are the most useless imbaciles you can imagine have jobs in South Africa. They lost my one laptop and after a fight they sorted it out, i forgave them and still used them. They then after some time charged me a huge amount saying that the package that i am to receives dimensions are incorrect, ok fine paid it, i was angry with them and again forgave them, I sent them a email asking them for a solution to not pay these high rates for nothing, the person who answered the email didn't even read the email...imbaciles. Today i get another package that was paid they say they cannot give me my good because of R13, i paid them again they cant deliver it because their antiquated system will take a few hours for the funds to show and yet on my side i can see the funds reflect....i am so done with these idiots i never want to deal with them again...
