The courier guys give package away

A package that was order and to be delivered by the Courier Guy was not delivered. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 15 Aug and was not delivered the only message was delivery failure. There was no communication as to why it was not delivered.

It was then supposed to deliver before 5pm on Wednesday. The Courier Guy arrived at 1640, and gave the package to someone at the facility. The Courier Guy and the driver cant tell me who the package was delivered too.

How we cant get hold of the driver...

How is this acceptable.
