The Courier Guys

The Courier not fami**** with Modimolle and he tried 3 times to do my delivery. Everytime I gave him directions to my address, and we agreed he would phone me if he gets at a certain point for further directions. On 2 different occasions he never phoned, whilst I was waiting for him to phone. Yesterday afternoon round and about 16h30 he phoned me again and said he was at my place. I explained to him I was at work. I am a part time radio presenter so have to be at the studio at certain times. We agreed he will do the delivery today. It is now 16:15 and up to now nothing has happened. I've been waiting the whole day for him to do the delivery as agreed and I really can't waste a whole days time waiting. I really don't understand how the company can send a courier to do a delivery without a gps or even a phone not compatible to receive a pin of an address.
