The Courier Guys do not handle with care

I've couriered a television that was in a TV BOX, bubbled wrapped with polystyrene around it from East London to Cape Town and it was received smashed. Their response on "how is this possible" was that I've signed an indemnity form and they are sorry for the inconvenience. The content was on the box as well as handle with care Fragile labels. After many years of excellent service for our company this is very disappointing.
