Door to Door Means Nothing - Drivers Rude! I purchased a heavy peace of furniture, from Makro. The Manifacturer used The Courier Guy service to deliver the product to my home. My delivery clearly marked that I reside in a estate complex. The driver gave me a one ring call from gate and then refuse to bring the item into the property. My unit is not at gate. Yet this driver expected me to take ownership at the gate and refuse to assist. Door to door convinced was paid for and yet a rude driver spoiled this. I phoned his management team. They told him to assist and yet he still ignored the request. A Stranger assisted me to carry this item that weight more than 45kg.
