The Courier guy/Pudo delays

I reached out to The courier guy for a parcel that got returned to a hub/depot and i was advised to rebook for it, i did rebook and i provided them with the new waybill number and pin, this was on the 9th of May 2026 and they said they would escalate it but even now the status of the parcel says "deposit pending". Today, the 13th of May 2026, i've just received a watsAp text from courier guy that says that the parcel has to be dropped off before the 14th which is tomorrow. So now I am worried. I have been reaching out to The Courier guy via watsAp, emails and calls and they always say they will escalate the matter.
