The courier guy...disgusting customer service

What a horrible company to deal with. (The Durban branch in particular). The tracking number is useless. I called them after waiting a full day for my delivery which was dispatched at 7:41am and they assured me it was en route to me the same day. Day 2 and I’m still awaiting. Calling them a such a nightmare. Sheer incompetency. The manager could not assist, the consultant I spoke to had a disgusting attitude and he refused to give me his name when I asked and instead rudely put me on hold yet again. I will never use this company and I will inform my supplier of the same.
