The Courier Guy - You're FIRED!

I have officially stopped raising complaints with The Courier Guy because the same issue keeps happening: my parcels are being damaged, and instead of taking proper accountability, the blame is placed back on me.

I have repeatedly been told that I do not use enough protective packaging, including tissue paper, to protect the parcel contents. This is simply not acceptable, especially when I have taken extra care with my packaging.

To be completely sure, I even had a representative from another courier service come out to inspect my packaging and assess whether the issue was genuinely on my side. Based on that, I am confident that this is not simply a “packaging problem” from my side.

As a business owner, parcel breakages cost me money, time, product, and client trust. I can no longer continue using a courier service that repeatedly damages parcels and then shifts the responsibility back to the sender.

I am officially done with The Courier Guy - YOU'RE FIRED!

I have now signed up with Shiprazor, which offers more affordable pricing and access to multiple courier service options. Going forward, I will be using alternative courier services that are better suited to the standard my business and clients deserve.
