The Courier Guy - Worst Service in SA

If there was a way to give you a 0 star-rate, I would. Not sure why I have to do your work for your. 65 calls to you in 4 days to sort out our deliveries and charges. 10 emails to different people to sort this out. And still not sorted!!! Why why why??? I have always had high praise for your service, but now I think that the company has no service. Let me know if you need training for your employees to receive basic customer service!
