The Courier Guy - worst service I have experienced

I placed an online order through an online vendor on the weekend. I was promised delivery with 1-3 days by their courier - The Courier Guy. A courier arrived 3 days later only to abruptly leave my property saying they have the wrong package. I called The Courier Guy later that day to explain, I was then told the driver was going to return but noone arrived that or contacted me. I called The Courier Guy the following day only to be told that my package was sent to Durban instead of Johannesburg. For a courier company this service is downright pathetic, I would avoid this service altogether.
