The Courier Guy - Worst Service

Worst service ever. Paid for same day delivery and my parcel arrived more than a week late. When I followed up the excuse was that they had a backlog with their deliveries. When I requested a refund for the courier fees that was paid, the person told me she could not make decisions like that on her own and will get back to me. Ultimately I did not get a refund and my package was late even though I paid for same day delivery.
