The Courier Guy, Worst Ever!

I had them ship a TV to me that I inherited from my late father. I called them numerous times to be careful with it as it means a lot to me and is very fragile. I wrote it on the waybill as well. We did not have bubble wrap at hand so we asked them to bring some with. When the driver arrived he said no one told him to bring bubble wrap. I called the office and they said the wrap is extra and since I did not pay for it, they did not send it. No one picked up the phone or sent an email regarding this to tell me to pay extra. They just ignored the request entirely. At the nearest hub, they wrapped it for us and yet again we asked them to to take extra care of it. When it got to its destination hub, half the wrap was missing for some reason. When I unwrapped what was left I saw it was completely shattered in the bottom left corner and a quarter of the screen was just blank with a ton of rainbow lines across. They refused to buy a new one but they advised they might repair it. I sent the repair quote a week ago and followed up in the meantime but no reply. So they wont buy a new TV and they completely ignore me regarding the repair quote. THEY Broke MY TV but they refuse to take any responsibility or pay for a new TV/repair. This was my first time using them and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made.
