The courier guy worst ever

The worst courier in south africa. Booked a parcel from rustenburg to kroonstad on the 14/12/2021 usually takes one day. Firstly the parcel was idiotically sent to cape town. Secondly still waiting for the parcel to this day hopefully we will receive it 21/12/2021. They are the worst and to phone them is impossible as no one answers the call. They were one of the best but lately they are the worst. Can't wait for a better company to replace them and have them go broke. They don't have a clue what is going on with Any thing rather use another company as they are the worst no star for them. Nick
