The courier guy, worst courier service hands down

Easily the worst courier i have dealt with, overnight delivery, takes 6 days to be delivered, numerous follow ups on a daily basis, no joy, customer support keeps you on the line for 30min, just to let you know its Friday and they cannot help you any more. Then they refer you to the TC’s now they will not take responsibility for the status of the package, nor will they replace or refund any cost, they where happy to take the money, pickup your parcel, and tell you, we can deliver as we want, when we want, in any condition we want, your problem, you cannot trust them to even complete a delivery, maybe just me, but i thought that was what a courier does. Bad attitude, bad service, no responsibility, worst courier service ever!!
