The Courier Guy - Worst Courier Guy

this is truly a bad courier service, the send out a message to say that the item is out for delivery then close to the end of the day its back to in transit. The next day without a phone call to say they on their way then send an sms to say keep the OTP ready, wait 1 minute then speeds off. Logs the delivery as a failure. Am I to wait outside all day long to see when they coming down the road. Damn they provide a bad service
