The Courier Guy, Worst Courier Company in SA

I have been a loyal customer of The Courier Guy for 3 years, in the beginning they were AMAZING.. however.. for the past year.. 90% of my parcels have a problem ! its constantly parcels being \missing\" ... not delivering on time... services changing, Miss billing..LYING about collecting parcels.<br> <br> When you bring it to a managers attention.. all that they tell you is \"sorry\" i have heard sorry way to many times, its time that Everyone knows how bad they really are.<br> <br> Just yesterday i booked a collection for overnight Delivery from Cape town to PTA.. when i called to follow up.. i was told that the parcel is on domestic and will only reach me in 3-4 DAYS !!! i have NEVER booked a domestic parcel.. next,i booked a parcel for collection this morning at 8:30AM,its now 4:30PM and the parcel has still not been collected. Last week a parcel was also not collected on time, when following up they blamed my supplier for not having the parcel ready when they got there.. when i called they supplier.. they advised that the courier had NEVER even come around for the parcel !! Im pretty sure if this complaint even gets read that all they will do is say sorry and keep on giving the same bad service"
