The Courier Guy worst courier Company ever!!

After waiting for my previous Dirco parcel collection for 15 days, I stupidly requested The Courier Guy to collect another parcel for me from DIRCO. This time my wait is on day 8 already with lies that DIRCO is closed due to Covid......... Dirco did not hand them the parcel........ They collected 2 parcels from DIRCO and they dont know who the parcels belong to......am I waiting for a matric certificate or a Police Clearance..... NO definitely not. Had to make a second appointment with DIRCO to have the documents collected and still they missed the appointment. So Frustrating!!!! Never doing business with THE COURIER GUY Again!!!!
