The courier guy won’t take accountability to fix item

My TV stand with a tempered glass was onloaded at a good condition, the collectors broke the TV stand due to negligence and I was told it will not be repaired due to the fact that I signed the indemnity form, they could not collect on the first go due to wrapping, after I bubble wrapped it they dropped it and broke it.
