The courier guy won't refund me after driver *****s my parcel

I have been struggling with getting a refund from the courier guy after being promised by the Polokwane branch manager after she told me that my parcel was one of the parcels that was ****** by one of their drivers. Their call centre person is soo rude and its been 4 months of fighting for my refund. The worst logistics company ever!
