The Courier Guy Woest Service Ever!!!!

Pathetic service from Ansume in Lephalale!!!! They are useless! First of all we ask them for 4 weeks to pickup packages for us in Pretoria, then they couldn't make it, or then the package was to big, or they just didn't pitch to pick it up, after 4 weeks they phoned me and informed me the package is with them its R100 i ask them are they sure yes they are. Later on i got another call to confirm its R350 that was the price given to my friend Harry that was supposed to pick it up, then the idiots call me again and said sorrt wrong meassures its R750, they are crazy, myself and my son ended up in 2 different hospitals in Pretoria, then i got the following messege from Ansume: Goeie dag Vertrou dit gaan goed. Kan jy asseblief iemand stuur om die pakkie te kom haal. As hy nie teen 12uur kom haal is nie sal ons hom ongelukkig moet verkoop vir koerier koste.

Myself and my son's health is more important then this message.

First wait 4 weeks to get them to pick it up Then they have the measurements wrong 3 times Then they threaten me to sell my stuff while unforseen circumstances ended up in Monday after i explain to them I'm in hospital.
