the courier guy without a road

waiting for more than a week for a parcel that is very important on the farm for food security. get the run around each day they phone and say today then someone call back and say they do not do this road but they will organise, next day the same story, plenty of promises it seems no one knows which road they are doing you cant even track the parcel. i wont trust them ever again with a parcel.
