The courier guy WITBANK
The Courier Guy eMalahleni (Witbank) does not disclose that they do not deliver to certain areas due to being afraid of hijackings and possible theft. The driver is the one telling me he cannot deliver to my house in the NORTHWEST and he dropped my stuff off at the ATTREDGEVILLE (Pretoria) police station. What’s the use of me paying for the services if they are not going to deliver? Even worse, they do not disclose while you make arrangements and payments. This is one courier service I never expected the least from!! I’m beyond disappointed.

12 May 2022, 07:35The courier guy Witbank is still not attending to my query and they dumped my package at a police station, as fragile as it is!! I paid a good R250, only for my package to be 3 hours away from me while I paid for it to be delivered to me!!!

If they do not deliver to certain areas they must state and I’ll make use of other companies, it’s that simple. I’m far and unable to pick that stuff up, God knows until when can the police station keep them safe for me. This is absurd!
