The courier guy will "lose" your boxes and not take responsibility

The worst kind of service received from the courier guy, Parcels (4 boxes) were sent from East London to JHB and only 3 were received on the 10th of Jan. It is now 3 weeks later and it has been back and forth with no feedback just a promise to give a call back. This company is filled with staff that do not care about their customers and seemingly with ******* too because no one is willing to at the very least tell us as to what is happening or what happened to the box because surely it did not vanish. We have a waybill that clearly states that there was a short delivery. I would not recommend anyone to use this company as they will "lose" your items and not take accountability. The worst courier to ever use.
