The Courier Guy! What a joke

The service was very very poor! I was told my consignment would arrive today, yet iv been on the phone since 16:30 trying to track the consignment. Iv had to call 3 or 4 times been given numbers that are off. Then I'm told that the parcel has not arrived in East London... Now I'm waiting for a call back from the company. I promise you I'm not even holding my breath! This has to go down as thee worst courier company by far! At some stage someone answered the phone and went on as if I wasn't even there. Using words like "*** and ****" and continued to say to her colleagues that she knew where the email came from and she mentioned Michelle... So ya that's the service we get from you guys!
