The Courier Guy - went the extra mile

I recently placed an order that would be delivered via Pudo. But with the load shedding it messed things up and I was unable to collect. Jared from the Courier Guy contacted me to find out if I'd been able to retrieve my parcel which I told him I was not able to. He said that he'd investigate and get back to me. Later that day, he contacted me back and explained that the load shedding had impacted the delivery and lockers but he'd located my parcel. He said that he would send a driver to drop the parcel off at my house instead. They arrived that day.
