The Courier Guy website is utterly useless. What a waste of my time.

Completely useless service from start to finish. It has been over a week and I am still trying to get a parcel collected. The website is completely and utterly not user friendly and I spend a lot of time on websites. You can't pay online if you don't open an account. What a waste of my time.
