The Courier Guy wasting my time

What a really really bad experience.

I went online yesterday, Thursday 27th July and booked a overnight courier from my lawyers in Johannesburg to me in Sasolburg expecting that I will receive it Friday?

Nope they had a surprise for me.

I phoned the contact us number and a Afrikaans speaking male advise me that sorry my lawyers closed at 15h00 that's why they he never picked it up, why then not go earlier if you know they close by then? Why charge me a overnight fee if I only receive it by Monday or Tuesday?

This was a important document that I needed for the weekend.
