The Courier Guy waiting game

Have you ever tried to track a package with The Courier Guy when its out for delivery. All you find is its out for delivery between 8am and 5pm. Try contacting the online customer Help centre and thats when the fun starts.....you are lucky if any human responds and when they do they just waste your time and do nothing but say they will escalate the request.....how is it possible for courier companies in the rest of the world to be more accurate with delivery time estimates....surely some estimated time frame is possible....how do they expect a person to wait an entire day for a delivery.
