The courier guy volksrust

Good day,

I have had the worst customer experience with The Courier Guy (Volkrust)recently. My parcel was collected on 02May and said to be delivered on 06 May 15:30 according to the tracking notice.

I went to The Courier Guy offices in Volkrust to enquire about my parcel delivery.

They rudely told me that the parcel was delivered at my complex (They can't identify who they delivered the parcel to), and when I asked why I was not notified via phone call, they did not care to explain.

I told them that the parcel is worth R3000 and needs to be used for my business, but they still gave me a very rude "don't care attitude" without showing any signs of trying to resolve the issue.
