The Courier Guy very pathetic service multiple times

I sent a tracksuit to a client on the 20th December 2025 .I selected 3 days duration . Latest estimated delivery is 31st December. To date 3 Jan 2026 the parcel has not yet been delivered and the customer service phone line have no answers as to what is going on and the guy from Middleburg was very rude in the phone , the whatsap chat have no answers and the emails are unresponsive,I have used allot of money on airtime and data to contact them ,yet still no help . This is the 4th time this has happened.
