The courier guy. Very bad service

I received a package from The Courier Guy Rustenburg office. After opening the package at home, every thing was damaged in the box. The next day my husband went back to the Rustenburg branch to complain. They admitted that they received the box and opened it. Just by applying some white stickers (3) they tried to close the box. They promised my husband to contact me in a few days time because they must find out at Eden-vale branch what happened. Its almost 3 weeks now and nobody contacted me or tried to resolve the problem. Since then, the product was replaced by manufacturer and send to me via post net. Everything arrived in good order. Very bad service on their account!
