I booked a collection on my account yesterday, I made a mistake while booking online & accidentally switched the collection & delivery address around.. Only realized when the driver stopped at my gate to collect the package (was supposed to be collected in Jhb & delivered to me) I panicked, but the driver handled it in such a calm way, assured me that mistakes happen. I phoned the Vdbijl branch, Micheal canceled the incorrect booking & I could then book the correct collection & delivery. Thank you for your kindness! Your driver was a star!
