The Courier Guy - Useless Service

Useless service....parcel to be delivered today. The Courier Guy just send me a mail, claiming "no access" zero attempt to contact me, nothing. Spoken to their whatsap line....agent assured met the driver is redirected to come and deliver.... contact details confirmed. Now I get an email my parcel will only be delivered on Monday.... I am leaving on Holiday on Sunday. Freaking useless, lazy driver
