The Courier Guy upgrsded from BAD to WORSE

There pudo app was bad but at least it work , now they upgraded it and it is a disaster . I went into Klerksdorp branch and there reaction was we know it is a disaster "SO WHAT" You can not print a waybill , it send you an e-mail that tell you to write it by hand. There is no option to cancel , they took your money and if you do not like the bad service you lose it

The only reason they get one star is because hellopeter do not allow 0 stars

The branch keep reminding me that it is PUDO no The Courier Guy ,but the name on the locker and app say THE COURIER GUY
