The Courier Guy ************* and inefficient.

We had a parcel sent to us from Ballito to Jhb. They were rude when collecting the parcel, made a young employee carry it while they watched, they guaranteed it would be here by 4th June, it was collected on Thursday 30th May. It failed to arrive and when we queried it on the 6th June, they admitted it had been booked in at the Jhb depot on 1st June, but they couldn't find it. Eventually they found it and delivered it on 7th June, still charged full price of R630 and we discovered half the parcel is missing. It was tampered with and re-sealed and they removed items of value from the package.
