The courier guy UNRELIABLE OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

On the 28/07/2022 I requested an online collection overnight. Q8TFF. It is now 11.50am Monday 01/08/2022 AND PARCEL has not arrived. On Saturday phoned depot and asked were my parcel is. Sorry they did receive it at depot on Friday, but their drivers were tooo busy. THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT PARCEL I AM PAYING FOR .... It must take priority. I phoned at 11.40 to ask where my parcel is and was given the driver no. ***. I must now phone the driver to see where my overnight Thursday parcel is.
