THE COURIER GUY UNRELIABLE AND CHARGES MORE FOR SAME DAY BUT ITS LATE

Every time I book with The Courier guy I hold my breath. I ESPECIALLY PAID AN EXUBERANT AMOUNT for a same day delivery. Then they mailed me that I owe them extra money for the parcel weighed more. I do not mind paying the extra amount. But NO ONE phoned me earlier.

So my parcel been lying at the DEPO for the whole day. So now I paid extra for same day and anyway could have selected the economic. Problem is I needed this parcel on site for we made a day booking with a client. The only thing the client service could say is that it will be delivered tomorrow which is a day late. THEY CANNOT EVEN GIVE ME A TIME. JUST TOO STRESSFUL TO USE THESE GUYS.
