The Courier Guy unreliable

They delivered (Waybill no DNJJVW) a printer they picked up in Bedfordview to Joubertina. It was laying on its back, and special instructions on the waybill say Please handle upright standing position only. The top is totally cracked, the door can't close, and the draw can't be removed. No place for photos on this forum, but unbelievable that the company now says they can't compensate for the damages, but they are fully responsible for the damages...… all of them.
