The Courier Guy ****ty service

I'm so ****ed off right now... last week I sent a parcel to vryburg and it's been at the hub for almost 2 weeks now... they tell me they only service that area on Wednesday only. They say they couldn't deliver because "contact not found" whereas the person was in the house the entire day. They didn't bother calling. Secondly. I send a parcel to Johannesburg and they "mistakenly " booked it at Virneeniging hub since the 27th of July now after 5 phone calls they say they'll deliver on the 1st of August!. Bad bad service on two occasions in less than 2 weeks. Wouldn't recommend them . 0 ratings for them!
