The Courier Guy thinks it's okay to throw boxes at their customers

If I could give zero I would. I have tried to sort this out with you personally but seeing that you are now just ignoring me, let's take this to the public. Your office in Port Elizabeth got annoyed with me for demanding they deliver a parcel that has been on the truck for delivery 2 days. When I told them they need to deliver it straight away, they did. Stopped at my premises and threw my box filled with mugs in front of my gate. The THREW the box at my worker. Breaking every one of the 36 mugs in the box. Asking for my money back is apparently too much. And you still have the audacity to send me a bill after I cut my hand on the broken pieces and lost all the income I would have made with the stock.
