THE COURIER GUY - ******* - OPENING PACKAGES IN TRANSIT

I had a parcel couriered from Centurion, and upon receiving it found that the package was opened and some contents removed. These ******* (Courier Guy) admit that they opened the package and that they removed the contents in order to prevent any injury to any of their employees. What an idiotic excuse the parcel contained 10 vacuum tubes -they removed one tube and couriered the other nine to me????
