Adhoc interventions - At a time when customer service is a hope not a definate thing, people like Liezl Schultz from The Courier Guy makes one hopeful. She went beyond my expectation and gave me a solution when firstly she was not obligates to do so and secondly did all the background work after only knowing me via an e mail and finally with such urgency. I am so grateful and im sure 'The Courier Guy' team must be too, that they have someone like her. Thank you. I will always support the brand because of her.
