The courier guy theft (springs and Kroonstad)

I am appalled, my LV sneakers disappeared, courier guy told me their Canopy is broken, I now have to wait 5 days for my refund. How do you loose a package? When it’s your sole purpose to deliver it … it’s so frustrating and I actually wanted to open a ******** case of theft , because the whole canopy story is a joke . They saw through the plastic it was LV packaging and my item got lost Worst experience of my life .they don’t care about their customers and care even less to offer a helping hand . I was told I won’t be getting a full refund . We work hard for our money and it’s such N injustice to loose the things we’ve saved for , for months for them to ***** my package and tell me their canopy is faulty . They further told me the refund won’t be processed in my account but to my suppliers account, even after showing them POP’s and conversations. Why do I have to wait 5 FLIPPEN days, be highly inconvenienced and be met with non-chalantness. Kroonstad and springs courier guy is the worst. What I ka me is the fact that this is the 2nd time something like this happens
