The Courier Guy theft and service delivery worst than a pothole

Not worth a star; after weeks, I showed the photos of where the support team and drivers are lying. They admitted their team did not follow procedure and caused deliveries to be late, yet again they were arrogant and rude and failed to realize they are chasing away clients. The support is the worst, as they are rude, and after admittance, they refused to pay my money back but rather to one of their subcontractors and not the client. If it's not support, the management is on the same level of greed and theft.
