The courier guy, the worst delivering company

I highly regret trusting the courier guy with my online order, now I've been waiting for over 2 weeks and there is no communication regarding my order or when it will be delivered.

The courier guy is literally the worst, the guys are rude and unhelpful and mostly unprofessional.

I only got a call once from a guy named Fillip, and he was rude and refused to take an alternative contact number from me.

I have been anxious and worried about my order, I'm even considering cancelling rather than have to loose my money since the order seem to be lost.
