We paid R30 000 for express delivery of 150 parcels to various locations. We suggested they collect with a truck otherwise they have to make 32 individual trips to collect the shipments to 32 addresses. The first shipment of 5 boxes were collected and then nothing. Subsequently now all our shipments will be late. Shipments scheduled to be collected today was not collected. And now overnight cannot be overnight anymore. Management is not available and staff is unprofessional and not of any assistance.
