The Courier Guy (The Rude Guy)

A delivery guy from The Courier Guy delivered a package to my parents house while I was visiting on 09/02/2020. My mother was at work at the time of delivery and did not inform me that a delivery was coming because she also didn't know of the exact time and date. When the guy arrived he hootered so loud, waking up my baby. At this stage I still didn't know the noise was for our house. After calming my baby down I walked out to the aid the man who started shouting that he'd been waiting and called 5 times. I asked him to lower his voice and tried to explain that I am a visitor and was not aware that the package was to arrive as I was on a Teams work call when he initially arrived. He continued to shout at me as he parked the delivery van and proceeded to walk out with the package with NO MASK! I asked him to go back and wear a mask and that's when he lost it. I told him I would report him and a screaming match began. This is when he said he wasn't going to give me the package and that he was leaving. I told him he can do whatever he wants and that I would report the matter and I walked away, at this moment my father walked out, begged him to return and calmed him down. My father didn't have to do this.

I called The Courier Guy, gave the lady on the other end a reference number and she said she can't help me and that I should contact Mitch Michells the dispatch manager. I asked her to ask him to contact me before and left my details before I contact him via email as I would like to speak over the phone first.

No one has bothered to contact me. I am shocked by how poorly your delivery/drivers conduct themselves, lacking emotional intelligence and showing a clear lack of training. I am disgusted by the service of the courier guy from driver to those that answer the phones to the managers themselves.

Poor, poor service!
