The Courier Guy - The Courier who CAN'T deliver

Total and utter incompetence! Had an urgent parcel delivery so paid for overnight delivery service. Also making it clear that the parcel needs to be delivered at the LATEST 3days after pickup from sent depot. Needless to say.....my parcel never made it on time. Checked up on them consistently during last day of delivery and in short they drove around with my parcel from 06:20 in the morning till 18:00 that evening without making the delivery. When asking them why it was not delivered I am ignored until I receive a text 21:00 at night stating " recipient not available for delivery" Notify the recipient of the accusation and they can't believe this company's willingness to blatantly lie. I communicate to this company that they still have a chance to rectify their incompetence by delivering by 08:00 as the recipient is leaving for the airport after that. I am assured of early delivery.(4 days after parcel was sent with OVERNIGHT payment) Still here we are.....my parcel was not in time to leave with recipient and now I am left with the stress to try and get my parcel to it's final destination on time. This company takes your money.....promises a specific service..... blatantly disregards you and your delivery and then shrugs their shoulders. We need courier services that are serious about delivering and going the extra mile for their customers.......The Courier Guy is NOT that company.
