The Courier Guy Terrible Service on damaged Parcel!!!

I would like to share my experience regarding The Courier Guy. We use their services on a regular basis. We recently had a shipment going from Centurion to Pringles Bay, Western Cape, the client received the parcel damaged and sent us the Images. As per Images and markings, the parcel was sufficiently wrapped. These Images were then forwarded to the Courier Guy claim department - I was asked to contact Head office, then Herm**** Kiosk , now Cape Town. After spending much time with back and forth communication I have still not been assisted!!!
