The Courier Guy - terrible service (Kevin Operations Manager is a ****)

My pickup was cancelled, resulting in loss of money. I specifically asked for it to be picked up after a certain time. The driver arrives earlier & gives me attitude as if I’m doing him a favour. I talk to the so called Operations Manager, Kevin for the Bryanston branch who claims he’ll look for another driver and will call me back after 10-15 minutes and nobody ever calls me back. If the manager is also unreliable, how will customers escalate anything? Terrible terrible service - save yourself and don’t use them
